At Quiet Radiance, every order is carefully packed with love and attention to detail. We want your products to arrive safely and ready to become part of your daily ritual.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotional events or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll keep you informed.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.

For Australian orders under $150 AUD:

Standard Shipping: $9.99 AUD
Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days
• Regional areas: 3 to 8 business days
• Remote locations: Delivery times may vary.

Please note these are estimated delivery times only and are subject to Australia Post and courier networks.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

Quiet Radiance is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll gladly assist in working with the shipping provider to locate your order.

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the parcel and damaged item(s)
• A brief description of the issue

We'll work quickly to resolve the matter.

International Shipping

Shipping to New Zealand

We currently offer tracked shipping to New Zealand.

Shipping is a flat rate of $25 NZD, shown at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. International delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination, carrier network and customs processing.

Australia Post International Standard generally estimates international delivery at around 5 to 10 business days, although delays outside our control may occur.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges where applicable. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to Indonesia

We offer tracked shipping to Indonesia, with shipping charges shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at checkout.

Orders are shipped directly from Australia and are intended for the recipient's personal use only and not for resale.

Indonesian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or courier clearance fees on arrival. These charges are not collected by Quiet Radiance at checkout and, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.

Customs requirements and charges are determined by Indonesian authorities and may vary. Quiet Radiance cannot guarantee the amount of any import charges or customs processing time.

Please ensure your full delivery address and Indonesian phone number are entered correctly at checkout, as these may be required by the carrier or customs authorities.

Estimated delivery is generally 5–8 business days after dispatch, excluding any customs processing delays.

We currently ship within Australia and to selected international destinations, including New Zealand and Indonesia. More destinations are coming soon.
