Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotional events or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll keep you informed.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.

For orders under $100 AUD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days

• Regional areas: 3 to 8 business days

• Remote locations: Delivery times may vary.

Please note these are estimated delivery times only and are subject to Australia Post and courier networks.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

Quiet Radiance is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll gladly assist in working with the shipping provider to locate your order.

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the parcel and damaged item(s)

• A brief description of the issue

We'll work quickly to resolve the matter.

International Shipping

At this time, Quiet Radiance ships within Australia only.
